Create Instagram Account
 
Note: These steps are for you who never have any Instagram account before.
Step 1: Open Play Store or App Store search for Instagram. Click Install
Step 2: Wait for installing process
Step 3: Click ACCEPT

Step 4: Click Open
Step 5: Wait for introducing process
Step 6: Click Create New Account

Step 7: Put your phone number and make sure the country code is correct. Then, click Next
Step 8: Put your full name and password. You can these later if you want.
Step 9: Click Continue and Sync Contacts

Step 10: Add your date of birth and click Next
Step 11: Click Next
Step 12: Put your username. The username must be unique and related to your brand. You can change this username later if you want.

Step 13: Wait for registering process
Step 14: Click Skip. You can find Facebook friends to follow later.
Step 15: Click Skip. You can follow friends later.

Step 16: Click Skip. You can Add a Photo later.
Step 17: Click right arrow on the top right corner (some smartphone shows different icon)
Step 18: Click profile picture icon on the bottom right corner

Step 19: You just create your own Instagram account! Congrats!

 
 
Create Second Instagram Account For Business Purpose
 
Note: These steps are for you who want to create another Instagram account and later convert to Instagram business account. The objective is to separate your Personal account and Business account.
Step 20: Click hamburger button on the top right corner (some smartphones has different icon)
Step 21: Scroll down and click Settings
Step 22: Scroll down

Step 23: Click Add account
Step 24: Click Create New Account
Step 25: Put your username and click Next. You can change this username later if you want.

Step 26: Create your own password and then click Next
Step 27: Click Skip. You can find Facebook friends to follow later.
Step 28: Click Skip. You can follow friends later.

Step 29: Click Skip. You can Add a Photo later.
Step 30: Click right arrow on the top right corner (some smartphone shows different icon)
Step 31: Click profile picture icon on the bottom right corner

Step 32: You just create new Instagram account! Click Edit Profile
Step 33: Click Change profile photo. Your profile photo should relate with your brand
Step 34: Fill up and update other info such as Name, Username, Website and Bio. Name is your business name, username is use to define your profile, if you don’t have own website, you can use WhatsApp link or any other landing page link. Bio is about your business intro, you can put tagline or slogan.

 
 
Convert Instagram Account to Instagram Business Account
 
Note: These steps are for you who want to convert your Instagram Personal account to Instagram Business account.
Step 35: Click Edit Profile
Step 36: Click Switch to Professional account
Step 37: Click Continue

Step 38: Click Continue
Step 39: Click Continue
Step 40: Click Continue

Step 41: Click at Search categories
Step 42: You can select a category from Suggested
Step 43: Search your business category by type it in the column

Step 44: Click Done
Step 45: Scroll Display category label button to the right and click Done
Step 46: Choose Business and click Next

Step 47: Put your Business email address
Step 48: Put your Business address
Step 49: Put your Street address, Town/City and Postal code

Step 50: Make sure your address is correct
Step 51: Click next
Step 52: Click Skip. You can connect your Instagram Business account to Facebook later.

Step 53: Tap ‘X’ on the top right corner
Step 54: You just created your Instagram Business Profile! Congrats! Click Edit Profile.
Step 55: Click Personal information settings

Step 56: Update your Personal information if necessary
Step 57: Make sure your information is correct
Step 58: Click OK once you updated the Email address

Step 59: Click Profile display
Step 60: Scroll Display contact info button to the right
Step 61: Click tick button on the top right corner

Step 62: Click your username on the top left corner or profile picture on the bottom right corner to switch account between Profile and Business.
Step 63: You can choose your existing account
Step 64: Click Contact

Step 65: People can see you contact number and email address

Step 66: Click Insights
Step 67: Click View Insights
Step 68: You can see your Instagram Business account performance here. Zero data for new account. Do some posts and find followers to see the insights in few days.

Below is an example for Insights. This tool show how people interact with your account, their demographic and behavior when they see your post.

Note: If you want to create another Instagram business account follow again steps from Step 20 until Step 54.
